The philosophy of MHATERIA ™ is simple: if you don't like something, return it and get a refund or a voucher.

The return is free: we will collect it within 30 days of delivery.

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size / color change, store credit or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.


  1. To request a return authorization, you must send an email to or to the number +39 3429733656 indicating the order number and the reason. Select the order and the items to be returned, and indicate the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed, MHATERIA.IT will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the instructions to be respected in order to return the goods.
  2. The return shipment made with the courier indicated by MHATERIA.IT will be FREE. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
  3. The return shipment must take place within 30 days of receiving the order.


1) Size / color change

It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned          following the same procedure.

2) The Store Credit
As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all the items purchased are returned.

The Store Credit:
it can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return;
it cannot be combined with other Store Credit;
it must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

3) Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the MHATERIA.IT warehouses and the items will be verified.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal, Scalapay or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be reimbursed to the customer only if the item arrived already damaged.
